sweet, sweet little skirt -- love the hem detail.
So cute. I've recently been contemplating a little corduroy skirt for Eleanor and now I really want one.
Anna,
Yes, do make one! I think it took 20 minutes total and it just makes it really seem like fall, in a good way.
Diane,
Thanks! The embroidery stitches on the machine seem to take soooo loooong, but look so cute. I can't wait to try a contrasting color next time.
Cute skirt and I agree the stitching is great, must work out how to do that on my machine! Thanks for your really helpful comment on my blog about the wadding. I especially like your bargain suggestion of fabric scraps! Its a pain because every craft shop I've been into I've asked about wadding and they tell me they don't sell it so Its been impossible to work out what it is! Thanks for making things a bit clearer, all the best.
P.s. Your Japanese book below looks gorgeous, I've seen so many lovely clothes in Japanese books and have been contemplating buying one but I'm just not sure i could follow the instructions. Look forward to seeing what you make from it!
