Book Club :: "Cute Felt Fruit & Vegetables"

We can never have too much Heart Warming Life in our Series. "Cute Felt Fruit & Vegetables" ISBN 4529046044 / 9784529046046. It's fun fun fun, with some downright clever techniques. Check out the pepper sections, the detailed corn and that amazing cabbage.

Peel-able bananas, very cool. Coz everyone knows peeling it is the best part when you're a kid. Over, and over and over again without the mushy cleanup.
But this, my friends, is irresistible. Waffle ice cream cones. With build your own flavor combos and sprinkles. These will definitely be in Miss Loodyloo's stocking this year.
My other Japanese felt food book deals mainly with sweets, so there's very little overlap with the more healthy things in here. Ha, and I head straight for the ice cream! Added bonus -- this book has pull out patterns that appear to be full sized as well as a little color photo tutorial at the beginning of the basic diagram instructions. Cute layout too.

OK, I have to admit that previously I really didn't understand why someone would take the time to make food out of felt. Honestly. However, with out my knowing it I've become a convert. I desperately want to make some of these items! Desperately.
